Crowne Plaza Antwerpen impressed me with its incredible staff and spacious rooms. Great fitness centre and perfectly clean.

Noise from the nearby motorway really disrupted my sleep, with soundproofing being more of an afterthought than a priority. On top of that, the parking fee felt ludicrous, eating into the overall value of my stay.

The hotel's location is convenient with easy access to public transport, making it easy to explore the city. However, the rooms feel a bit worn down, and the noise from the nearby highway can be bothersome. Staff were friendly, and the breakfast was satisfying.

Clean room, excellent breakfast, with an indoor swimming pool that was a great way to unwind after exploring the city, and the bus stop right in front of the hotel made getting around super easy.

I had a decent stay at Crowne Plaza Antwerp. The location's a bit far from central attractions, but there’s a bus stop right in front, which is convenient. My room was clean and spacious, and I really appreciated the coffee machine inside. The pool area was nice but a bit too warm for my liking. Breakfast offered a great variety, but some items could be improved, particularly the scrambled eggs. Staff at the front desk were friendly and helpful, but the restaurant staff felt a bit distant and unwelcoming at times. I had a small issue with my steak at dinner, but it got resolved after a complaint. It took longer than expected to get the dessert menu and the hot buffet options could be better. Overall, not a bad place to stop over, but there are some areas they need to work on.
